Job Description:
Conducting Audits: Regular visits to outlets to assess cleanliness, food quality, hygiene standards, and service performance.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensures all outlets adhere to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., health, safety).
Inventory Audits: Reviews stock levels, inventory control processes, and checks for discrepancies or wastage.
Financial Audits: Monitors financial records, including sales reports, cash handling, and expenses, to detect any anomalies or irregularities.
Staff Training & Development: Evaluates staff performance in relation to customer service and compliance, and may provide feedback or recommend training.
Operational Audits: Reviews day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, proper execution of procedures, and quality assurance.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepares detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for improving performance and ensuring compliance.
Risk Management: Identifies areas of potential risk or non-compliance and provides recommendations to mitigate those risks.
Follow-Up Audits: Ensures that corrective actions are taken after audits and follows up to ensure that issues have been resolved.
Collaboration with Management: Works closely with the operations and management teams to implement changes and improve overall outlet performance.
Job Requirement
A. Diploma or Degree in Retail Management or other Business related qualification.
B. Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in F&B industry.
C. Excellent communication and time management skills.
D. Must posses with high integrity and honesty in their job attics.
E. Basic computing skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
F. Own transport is preferred and willing to travel in different states.
G. Good common of language (written and spoken) in Mandarin, English & B. Malaysia.
H. Able to work 6 days per week and able to support the operation after working hours / working days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
