Outlet Manager, Karaoke Manekineko Eko Cheras Mall, Kuala Lumpur

Job requirements :
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- 1-2 years experience as manager in F&B Industries
-Wiling to work in shift
Job responsibilities:-
- Responsible for daily overall business activities in the outlet
- Drive the outlet team to meet monthly sales target
- Ensure corporate level instructions and objective are achieved by outlet
- Manage and plan manpower issues in outlet such as scheduling, attendance and recruitment
- Train new joiners in outlet to follow and ensure existing employee skills up to date and meets Company standards.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
