Job Description:
The incumbent will support all enquiries/matters in relation to legal matters and provide general legal advice for the group company.
· Support in the vetting, reviewing, and drafting of contracts, company policies and legal documents.
· Managing standard contracts and maintaining accurate contract records
· Monitoring of legal documentation from initial to completion stage.
· Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
· Monitor changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations
Requirement:
· Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree of Legal/Law/Paralegal.
· At least 2 years of experience in related experience
· Relevant legal knowledge
· Excellent writing skills
· Proactive
· Meticulous
· Complete review of all company policies, including but not limited to rules & regulations, JSOX documentation, contracts, and agreement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
