JOB VACANCY !! Looking for Part Timer who can start immediately.
Position : Part Time Receptionist
Location : Suite 3.1, Level 3, Menara 1 Dutamas, Solaris Dutamas, No.1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working hours : 9am-6pm (9 hours per day)
Salary : RM170 per day
Duration : 17/10/24 - 1/11/24
Job Scope :

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.

Requirement :

Have knowledge/experience as receptionist is added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Malay.
Have good attitude, friendly and discipline.
