As Pastry Commis, we rely on you:
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and company standards.
Ensure proper presentation of all pastries and desserts before serving or packaging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of pastry stations at the beginning and end of shifts.
Take direction from pastry sous chef and actively participate in learning new techniques and recipes.
Assist with any special pastry preparations or seasonal offerings as required.

Requirements:
Diploma in Baking & Pastry/ Hospitality or Minimum SPM level Education or relevant certificate.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 1 year as pastry commis in a service industry.
Willing to work in shift.
