As part of our rapid expansion, we seek for suitable candidates to join us as:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities

Assisting the directors activities including appointment and meeting are schedule, arranged, executed and follow up daily.
To support daily administrative work, office work and ensure smooth running of daily operations of company.
Assist directors in day-to-day tasks.
Attending to key meetings and prepare minutes.
To answer all incoming calls.
To receive all company documents including email and letters.
Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by directors.

Requirements

Open for Malaysian citizen only.
Age 24 years old until 40 years old.
Must possessed at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate in Secretarial and equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in related position.
Able to understand and communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
Good in MS Office/ Power Point / Excel.
Advantages given to whom with Admin and Human Resources background.
Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated.
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to travel.
Must able to drive.
Able to start work immediately

Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage.
