• Pick up document from Tray near Reception
• Sorting / Documents from Branches & for Obtain GM's approval

-Invoice (AR/AP)
-Bank Guarantee
-Fund Transfer / Reimbursement
-Vendor Management / Entity Create Application
-Asset Write Off
-Application of Payment
-Training Request
-Incident / Accident Report
-Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order (ISD)
-Invoice / Expenses under Logistics Division GM’s Office
-Reload Touch N Go for Company Car

• Return document to Branches

-Purchase Requisition / Vendor Management

• Hotel / Flight booking with Travel Agency (GM's Business Trip)
• Liaise with Car Driver
• Liaise with Branches for GM's appointment (QMR/Safety MR/EMR & Other Meetings)
• Liaise with Internal section (HR/Account/SQM/ISD)

Requirement

• Diploma or Fresh Graduate
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English (Written, Reading & Speaking)
• MS Office Skills (Words, Excel & Power Point)
• Immediate Hiring
• Salary Range RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
