• Perform comprehensive assessments, and diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Implement and monitor treatment interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other physiotherapy modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service delivery.
• Manage clinic staff, including physiotherapists, administrative personnel, and support staff; provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait times.
• Handle inventory management, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and safe clinic environment.
• Manage patient billing, and insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, fostering strong relationships within the community.

Qualification & Experince

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT) or higher from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physiotherapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or clinic management role.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy practices and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in patient care.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience in marketing and community outreach within the healthcare sector.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Malay and English.
