Job Description
Class Lead Preschool Teacher (Full-time)
- Create and execute quality Lesson Plans using template provided.
- Create and submit Weekly Reports, highlighting the week’s activities and progress.
- Assess & Review individual students and create Mid of Term and End of Term Portfolios for all students.
- Plan Class Team Meetings to discuss about class matters.
- Attend and actively participate in Preschool Developmental Meetings – presenting assessment and observation of Individual Child Development.
- Attend and actively participate Internal Preschool Meetings.
- Ensure smooth daily class operations in accordance to the class timetable.
- Provide quality care and teaching for students.
- Checking and helping to ensure class team of teachers’ well-being and responsibilities executed well.
- Ensuring all planned activities are executed well.
- Support the safety, hygiene, and health of children and centre
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with children.
- Fluency in English (proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Has a passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, flexible, and a good team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and families.
Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
