  • Support, control and arrangement of process improvement job, e.g. process capability evaluation study, mold / jacket control, inspection and analysis for Casting and Forging products (new model Pilot Run / Mass Production model).
  • Coordinate, discuss, testing arrangement, evaluate and data compilation for a process change request or changing point control proposal.
  • Control and arrangement of Process Abnormality case for Casting and Forging.
  • Control and arrangement of Io T or innovation project. Registration, coordinate discussion meeting, investigate, system layout design or create data controller, data visualization format.
  • Investigate, perform defect analysis, consider countermeasure and quality document revision for any non-conformance case either internal defect internal defect case (Process Abnormality or defect monitoring) or related to Customer Complaint case). In additional, consider proposal and involve in production process improvement activity.
  • Involve and support QMS activity such as procedure revision, training, audit (Internal Audit, 2nd Party Audit or External Audit).
  • Involve in new product development stage and determination of process specification or importance characteristic. Participate from Feasibility, RO, R1, R2 and R3 stage.
  • Arrangement of Pilot Production preparation, required document revision, initial control monitoring and evaluation item (operator proficiency, actual cost calculation during R3 stage, etc.)
  • Quality document revision and review, control plan, PFMEA, work standard.
  • Jig arrangement - ordering, confirmation and repairing process between Production, QA and jig vendor.
  • Evaluate and discuss for a process change request or changing point control proposal.
  • Delivers changing points control communication from Japan development when judges quality plan should be implemented in changing points control communication form.
  • Investigate and perform defect analysis for any non-conformance case either internal defect case (Process Abnormality or defect monitoring) or related to Customer Complaint case).
  • Support for Io T or innovation project discussion, investigation and implementation.
  • Manage and update related information in ASANA Management software.
  • Assist Department Head for any requested item.
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Material Engineering / Chemical Engineerinng / others related field.
  • Min 3-5 years in casting / forging production, product inspection (structure dimension), process and defect analysis.
  • Experience in customer complaint related case handling.
  • Implementation or involve in Innovation or Io T Project.
  • Experience in audit process (ISO9001 / IATF16949 / customer audit / vendor audit / subcon audit).
