Task & Duties :
1. Understand product specifications & production flows .
2. Lead production team ( Local & Foreign workers ) closely to produce product and on time delivery.
3. Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently to achieve production goals.
4. Excellent communication and management skills . Detail oriented & good technical foresight.
5. Able to Liaise with other departments pertaining production issues .
6. Possess leadership quality , self-motivated, committed and able to take new challenges.
7. Maintains safety , product quality, 5S at production floor.
8. Willing to work in a 3 rotating shifts pattern.
Job requirement
1. Basic Degree / Diploma in related areas essential.
2. At least 1~2 years working experience and knowledge in manufacturing production
3. Being proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
4. Computer literature in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet / Presentation.
