We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our team at Jing Wei Hirain Automotive Electronics Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Melaka. As a full-time member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to maximise productivity and meet customer demands
• Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards
• Providing training and support to production staff
• Continuously exploring new technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation

What we're looking for

• Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards
• Fluency in Chinese is required, as the role involves collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
