Job Responsibilities
- Managing and drive to daily production output and quality achievements.
- Be a team lead to a group of operators.
- Responsible for managing line readiness for job orders
- Guide and train operators to meet the expectation work effectiveness and efficiency level.
- Always be a mentor and shows good example to down-lines.
- Able to work in minimum supervision.
- Able to complete the task within timeline given.
- Responsible to engage in workplace safety requirements.
- Meet monthly production KPI.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess with minimum SPM level.
-A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
