RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
• Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules. Production planning and cost controls.
• Ensuring production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
• Identifying and troubleshooting production output issues. As team player, lead to resolve inter- departmental conflict.
• Making production performance and progress reports, for management.
• Maintaining GMP / Housekeeping at a high level within the department through the involvement of all team members.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificates/ Diploma in any related field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the production environment and Packaging Industries is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Supervisor specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): supervisory, people management, communication, capacity planning, problem solving, operations management, computer proficiency.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
