A Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the management and execution of projects within an organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Project Manager in the development of projects plans and schedules.
Coordinate with team members to gather requirements and define project objectives.
Assign tasks to project team members and ensure timely completion.
Track project progress and update project schedules as needed.
Coordinate and communicate with external vendors/contractors if applicable.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, minutes of meeting and reports.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years experience in project coordination or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skill.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
