PROJECT MANAGER CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Salary RM5000.00 – RM6000.00 (depends on experience)

Job Highlights

• Able to start work with short notice period and Responsible for overall project management which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time, cost, quality and meeting contractual obligations.

Job Scope

• Conduct periodic site audits to check and ensure works are done according to drawing and specifications.

• Responsible to review Work Programme and monitor Site Progress to ensure timely completion of the project.

• Carry out design coordination whenever necessary.

• Understand and assist manager on the daily updating, monitoring of site progress.

• Monitor and ensure the quality compliance of site and work progress as per clients or industry standard.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy and civil and structural construction drawings.

• Participate in the civil design drawing reviewing as well as ensure the approval of the projects document.

• To attend all project site meeting with the clients, consultants,subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

• To be involved in project planning, organizing and ensuring project completes on time, cost effective and quality plan are implemented accordingly.

• To execute & monitor the project site in term of civil, structure & architecture works which will also include site planning & coordination, material order & delivery and

stock control.

• Assisting Project Manager/Construction Manager in technical aspect of project.

• Planning the works and resources in suitable timing to ensure timely progress.

• To prepared method of statement, work program, TMP and project claims

• Timely reporting and working closely with Project Director.

Job Requirements
1.Malaysia Citizen (Aged below 50 years old)
2.Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, CGPA>3.0
3.Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in construction field.
4.Extensive experiences in project management and competent in resolving all construction issues.
5.Excellent understanding of the intricacies of construction industry with sound technical knowledge in geotechnical engineering.
6. Understand and assist site supervisor on the daily updating, monitoring of site progress
7.High level of integrity, resourceful and result oriented.
8.Good written and interpersonal skills.
9.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Auto CAD
Working Hours
Monday – Tuesday = 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday = 8.30am to 12.30pm
