Job Description:-

• Responsible in handling E-Perolehan & other vendor website (tender) – prepare document tender (if needed) and Tender Besar once a year
• Carry out administrative duties such as emailing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• To attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, guests and walk-in visitors
• Pick up or drop off any documentation when needed (inbound/outbound)
• Responsible in making official letters, renewal license documents, proposal and etc (for Majlis Perbandaran, office car, vendor/client, duti setem LHDN)
• Responsible in making poster (for any events/perayaan)
• responsible for holding key for the shutter (for open & close)
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stocks, restock when needed such as pantry, stationaries, A4 papers etc
• Ensure operation of equipment doing well, call for maintenance/repairs when needed – UNIFI, printers, Umobile, TNB & Syabas
• Provide administrative support to ensure operation in the office is going well
• Any ad-hoc tasks assign by superior

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• No working experience needed
• Valid car or motorcycle license
• Work closely under Senior Executive
• Does not have health issues
• Able to work independently
• Possess own transportation
• Prefered start on 09/09/2024 (Female only)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
