KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales and Profitability: Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets, analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits and manage store budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided, resolve customer complaints and handle issues in a timely manner, implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Staff Management: Create staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels, monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Store Operations: Ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis, maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• 1 year experience in retail or similar role
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Ability to work on flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
