Key Responsibilities
- To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.
- Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in our retail stores.
- Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion.
- Able to do product articulations and demonstration to customers.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensuring all merchandise are properly displayed.
- Process sales quotations, orders & deliveries, handle inventory related works, if any.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates who are interested to build their career in retail is also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with min 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dynamic, friendly with cheerful disposition and a team player.
- Self-motivated, proactive and result driven with strong passion in sales related roles.
- Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
