Job Scope:

• Arrange zoom appointment with prospective clients to introduce company services and agreement details.
• Participate in preliminary discussion with prospect clients, thereby understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Prepare quotations and agreements for prospective clients.
• Create the job description for the client's vacancy in accordance with their needs and requirements.
• Respond to client’s enquiries to ensure their satisfaction, as well as follow up on the prospective clients on a regular basis to increase their kickstart interest.
• Update and maintain prospective clients’ reports to the management team.
• Prepare and issue service agreements to clients who have successfully hired an employee through our service.
• Pay close attention to happenings in Malaysia and gather up-to-date information so that additional insights can be shared as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in both Cantonese, Chinese, and English.
• Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Possesses a cheerful personality with pleasant presentation skills.
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Zoom.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Able to work with a detail-oriented and positive attitude.
• Possesses at least 2 years of corporate sales experience is preferred.
