Job Description:

• Producing quotation, following up sales order to delivery order.
• Making purchase order for low stock items.
• Direct & coordinate warehouse & logistics from purchase of goods to delivery of products.
• Raise & make known recurring issues, advise for a meeting as necessary.
• Experiences and knowledge in water reticulation will be an added advantage.
• Reports to Senior Sales Executive.

Working Hours

• Mon - Thurs 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:00pm-5:30pm
• Fri 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:30pm-6:00pm
• Sat 8:00am -1:00pm (Alternating)

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Fluency in Mandarin & Hokkien will be an added benefit.
• Beginner level in Microsoft office Eg. Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Familiar with Inventory Management Software will be added advantage.
• 2 years or more in related field will be preferred & reflected on salary
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
