RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support

• provide all operational support to sales team
• handle and process sales order from initiation to delivery
• ensure accuracy in order entry
• co-ordinate with various department including production, logistic and finance to ensure seamless sales operation
• follow up on outstanding orders and payments
• handle inventory control

Customer Service

• response to customer requests, inquiries and problems promptly and efficiently
• resolve issues related to orders, complaints and product returns

Documents Management

• organize and file sales-related paperwork and mandatory documents as per company SOP

To assist in all other duties assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently with multiple task and priorities simultaneously.
• Responsive with sense of urgency
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Full-Time position (8.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday)
• MUST be a TEAM player

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
