Sales Admin
TCIE, Batu Caves
We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill a temporary opening from October 2024 to March 2025. The main role is to provide support to the Sales Team in their daily, weekly as well as monthly administrative work. The responsibilities are as follow and not limited to:

• Data entry, document preparation, and filing;
• Maintain vehicle booking system;
• Overseeing drivers’ schedule;
• Prepare sales reports, presentation and correspondence;
• Coordinate and track sales orders ensuring timely processing and delivery;
• Any other works related to the Sales Team.

Min Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum SPM & above with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service & sales admin or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experienced in automotive sales & processes will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to start work on 1st October 2024 for 6 months until 31st March 2025.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
