Job Description:

• To provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team.
• Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, administrative supports and delivery arrangements.
• To update and maintain the sales & customers database with high level of accuracy.
• Liaise with the supply chain to ensure delivery is in accordance to meet sales target.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior / management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder.
• Excellent in customer services skill, business management skill, organizational/ multitasking/ problem solving skill, and verbal communication skill.
• Understanding of sales performances metrics.
• Ability to follow direction, work under pressure and work well with others.
• Self initiated, organized, detail oriented, and can work independently with minimum supervision.
