Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and engage with clients to understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise about the products or services offered.
• Sales Strategy: Apply persuasive techniques to showcase the value of our products/services to potential customers.
• Offer Presentation: Present tailored offers that meet client needs, highlighting key benefits.
• Negotiation: Handle pricing and contract discussions to close deals successfully.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on company developments and industry trends to inform your sales approach.
• Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by the company.

Requirement

• Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age Range: 23 to 39 years old.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Malay.
• Technology: Must own a personal laptop or PC.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Personality Traits: Possesses a pleasant personality, cheerful demeanor, polite and patient attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
