RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data compilation & assist in generating reports regarding the status of the department especially in sales trending.
- Maintain files systems and database of sales records.
- Manage departmental or regional communication between each sales leads / sales info.
- Responds to client concerns, complaints, requirements (such as fill up forms / info especially for semi-con customers).
- Maintains customer relations and satisfaction.
- Follow-up phone call with existing customer.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Professional Certificate in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in current market regulation and trends.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
