JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
· To explore & approach new customers and follow up with some existing customers.
· Ensure close follow up with customers to close the sales deal.
· To build strong customer relationship.
· Responsible to achieve the sales targets through existing and new clients.
· Monitor sales flow, check outstanding payment and follow up Purchase Order.
· Coordinate with the Admin Clerks, the Reporting Department and the Account Department pertaining the matter of quotation and invoice.
· Entertain customers.
· Attend customer complaint.
· Liaise with the Technical & Quality department to improve technical know-how.
· Travel to Perlis, Kedah, Penang & Perak to visit potential customers. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers.
Requirements:
· The newly joined sales personnel must be able to spend 1 to 2 months to learn the technical know-how of industrial motors and water pumps at our workshop as well as the works at sites in order to familiarize himself/herself before going all out alone to meet customers as assigned by the management.
· Candidate must have a technical background in order to communicate with customers.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
· At least 1 year of working experience in technical field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to work at PERAI, PULAU PINANG.
· Full-Time position available.
· Must possess a car.
· Must be willing to travel to and overnight in Perak & Kedah if required or needed
