Job Summary
The Sales and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution operations of the company, ensuring that products are effectively marketed, sold, and delivered to customers. They will work closely with sales teams, distribution channels, and other departments to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Distribution Channel Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, ensuring efficient product flow and customer service.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Product Management: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products meet market demands and are effectively positioned for sale.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Sales Training: Provide ongoing sales training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and expenses within allocated limits, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Door to door Sales : Selling products directly to consumers at their Business premises. Sales representatives visit potential customers in person to present their offerings, answer questions, and close deals.
- At least Diploma holder or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel across Northern Region in Malaysia (Perak, Kedah & Perlis)
- More than 8 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software.
- Basic Salary
- Commission
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Sales: 8 years (Preferred)
- Logistics: 8 years (Preferred)
