Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, closing sales, and addressing customer queries through messaging platforms. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs, presenting our services effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via messaging platforms, providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability, and closing sales with customers.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up to facilitate the sales process and ensure client engagement.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
• Skills: Excellent written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to handle customer queries and provide clear, concise, and helpful information via messaging.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
