- Maintain close contact with existing or new outlets with effective service at all time.
- Stay active and alert to industry trends, competitors, market conditions to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
- To develop and open new accounts to achieve sales target.
- Conduct in depth needs assessments to understand customers needs and develop customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communications.
- Proficiency in languages such as Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin is useful to widen their client base.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales/client servicing/business development/key account experience, preferably in FMCG industries.
- Computer literate with strong analytical mind and result oriented.
- Effective presentation skills and demonstrate good business acumen.
- Good communication skill with ability to manage a team of sales personnel.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Must possess a cheerful, positive attitude and mindset.
