Responsibility

• Meeting sales target by promoting different deals, explaining financing options and warranties, and taking customers on test drives in order to eventually close the sale.
• Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
• Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in selecting the motorbike that meets their specifications.
• Build strong relationships with customers to close sales and building trust in the company brand to drive more sales, from both new and repeat buyers.
• Involves monitoring the motorbike sales industry to identify current product pricing, competing/new products and new techniques of merchandising.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
• Analysing customers and market trend.
• Providing outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintaining an organized and clean sales floor.
• Promoting a positive working place culture.
• To perform sales & marketing activities.

Requirements

• Possess a qualification of Professional Certificate / Diploma in Automotive/Business Administration or its equivalent
• Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
• Ability to proficiently speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
• Has worked in customer service related jobs is an added advantage
• A pleasant & friendly disposition i.e. the ability to smile and to treat all our customers in a polite, friendly & helpful manner even in difficult circumstances
• Responsible & good work attitude
