- Proven experience above 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled in digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
- Proficient in creating Power Point presentations.
- Knowledgeable in bidding processes and proposal development.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend events.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance brand visibility in the fire safety sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and guide the sales team, setting clear targets and performance metrics, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, to promote our products and services.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for all initiatives.
- Track and analyse sales metrics, prepare regular reports on performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.
- Design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Oversee the bidding process, ensuring proposals are competitive and tailored to client needs.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to customers, showcasing products and solutions effectively.
- Deliver detailed reports on sales and marketing progress and results to top management.
- Perform any other additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business requirements.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
