We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and grow our customer base in this specialized sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the cold room sector.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the cold storage industry.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and meet sales goals.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Training: Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques specific to cold room operations and products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cold room or refrigerated goods industry.
• Strong understanding of cold storage operations and related market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
