Sales Manager (Supplement)

Location: Mont Kiara
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead and manage the sales team
- Develop and implement sales plan
- Set sales target/ goals and track the performance
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Enquire and handle customer issues
- Work closely with the marketing, distributor and other teams
- Responsible to improve the sales processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in supplements, wellness, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in managerial role
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, able to multitask effectively
- Willing to travel
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Pharma/ Supplement Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
- managerial role: 2 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
