About the Job
A prominent organization in the agricultural and manufacturing sector, our client operates across South Africa, Mauritius, and Malaysia, delivering innovative solutions and top-tier services to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Accounts and Administrative Manager to lead our financial management and administrative operations across multiple regions. This pivotal role is based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, with the opportunity to travel to South Africa twice a year for extended periods of 3 weeks each, ensuring seamless coordination and oversight of our international operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and a global mindset to drive efficiency and excellence in our financial and administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance & Administration Department, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate, timely financial reporting for management decisions.
  • Manage human resources and administrative functions within the company.
  • Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and manage tax submissions, appeals, and disputes.
  • Handle credit control evaluations and collaborate with external parties on legal proceedings.
  • Coordinate the budgeting process across subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with senior management requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with indirect taxes (GST/SST) and resolve any related issues.
  • Liaise with various departments on both operational and financial matters, ensuring smooth internal collaboration.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing finance, accounting, and administration functions.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in taxation management and budget preparation.
  • Familiarity with credit control processes and legal proceedings related to finance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in international companies is an advantage.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across international locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
