Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and compilation of monthly management report on a timely basis, which inclusive of profit & loss accounts, balance sheet, cash flow, statement, and forecasts.
• Ensure monthly revenue has been captured correctly in the system.
• Ensure all accounting and financial transactions are recorded with accepted accounting principles and approved accounting standards.
• Monitor in inventory counts to ensure accuracy and balance with accounting records.
• Reconcile the credit card collection.
• Responsible to ensure all creditors invoices, electricity, telephone, and water bills etc. are captured in the book and paid on time.
• Ensures coding and posting creditors invoices accurately.
• Ensures preparation of payment vouchers and cheques for creditors, supported by relevant documents, reconciliation of Creditor’s Statement against creditor aging report is done and valid for payment.
• To ensure proper monitoring on cash control to minimize and eliminate any mishandling of cash and to establish the practice of accountability.
• To clear the cash envelope from the “Drop Safe” during working day with the security personnel as witnesses.
• All the collections after the daily cash count shall be bank-in every day but with the exception on a weekend and public holidays of the month.
• Reporting to Director.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting.
• 1 - 2 years working experience in similar position and F&B related environment.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting software.
• Multitasking, high commitment and sense of urgency towards deadlines.
• Disciplined and ability to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• A team player.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
