- To provide customer service and coordinate sales.
- To process orders and follow up on order acknowledgement and ship date advice to customers.
- To prepare all necessary documents in accordance to the order and communicate with Production departments.
- To process inquires by phone, email and personal visits in relation to company business.
- To receive customer's complaint and provide feedback to the respective department.
- To support sales team on a daily basis.
- To perform other duties as directed by superior.
- Able to communicate in Chinese (Preferable), English and Malay.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ambitious and a strong desire to succeed.
- Good Business Acumen.
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
