About Our Client:
Our client, a luxury jewellery brand, has recently expanded into the Malaysian market. Their philosophy, “Infinite Love for My Only Treasure,” is inspired by the French phrase "Mon Trésor," which translates to "my treasure." They view love and rings as timeless symbols of eternal devotion and poetic romance. With over 45 years of history in the luxury jewelry industry, they specialize in personalized pieces using natural diamonds and precious gemstones. Their clientele includes high-end customers, including Middle Eastern royalty. They are dedicated to offering unique, bespoke jewelry experiences that celebrate individuality and style.
Job Scope:
- Manage social media platforms and respond to online inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments and invite prospects to visit the retail shop for personalized consultations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and engaging attitude when interacting with clients in person and online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage social media and digital tools to enhance sales.
- At least 3-5 years in sales, preferably in retail or jewellery-related sectors.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (advertisements and social media).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in handling online inquiries via social media or other digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively.
