Job Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
· Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
· Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market.
· Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues.
· Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.
· Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission, etc.
· Attend to customers and ascertains each customer’s needs.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
· To provide quotation and/or submit tender in a timely manner.
· Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution.
· Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc).
· Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.
· Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.
· Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report.
· Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job.
· Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients.
· Work in close coordination with other departments in the company.
· Other duties and assignments as requested for the overall performance of the company.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent. Related field is preferred
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
· Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and high achiever
· Aggressive, good interpersonal, well organized with good communication skills
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
· Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively
· Computer literate & competent in MS office
· 1-2 years working experiences in the related field will be additional advantage
· Possess own transport
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
