We are collaborating with an established public listed construction and development firm specializing in the design, development, and construction of industrial parks and commercial properties. Known for their high-quality projects and commitment to sustainable development, they are currently expanding their project portfolio and exploring new growth opportunities both within Malaysia and across the region.
The New Roles :
- To assist on planning Sales & Marketing schedule and activities of the company.
- To assist on compiling budgetary cost of Sales & Marketing activities and products for launching.
- To carry out necessary sales & marketing activities as planned/instructed within the time frame stipulated.
- To participate in any sales & marketing activities including group visits, presentations, networking sessions, sales talk, roadshows/trade missions, etc
- To liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
- To keep track on all necessary stocks records and to update if new order/placement is needed on timely/weekly basis.
- To monitor all matters concerning sales & marketing activities/KPIs and compliance with the ISO standards
- Minimum 1 year experience from related industry field or sales & marketing planning and activities and/or customer relations/services
- Minimum Degree holder from Real Estate/Property Management/Marketing and related industry.
- Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
