SALES ON BOARD CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions received from crew for Duty Free Sales (DFS) and Sales on Board (SOB)
  • Handles cash change/float during handover and receiving to/from crew
  • Check thoroughly to ensure sales money is tally with the actual report upon receiving from crew
Inputs data in excel for SOB/DFS sales for KUL station
  • Inputs data in SOB system and LION AIR Finance District
  • Distributes DFS/SOB crew incentive and commission to ICC and CC3
  • Deposits cash received (either in local or foreign currency) from DFS/SOB sales for KUL station
  • Record every handover of money and transactions to ensure all sales transactions are tally with physical count
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Minimum SPM
  • Malaysian citizen, age between 18 to 35 years old
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
  • Attention to details and Mathematical skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities
  • Able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shifts
  • Basic (PC) computer and MS Office knowledge
  • To be based in KLIA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
