B2C Sales Operations Specialist - RISE by BCG U

In this role you will:

• Maintain the sales database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communication with clients.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of contracts, and documentations.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with sales activities.
• Support with creating playbooks, training materials, and resources that empower sales teams to effectively communicate RISE's value proposition

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields;
• 2+ years' experience in end-to-end sales operations and CRM systems is desired (Salesforce, Hub Spot);
  
• Experience working in growth stage ventures or similar dynamic environments
• Familiarity with sales enablement is desired
• Passion for analyzing data to derive insights to improve sales performance and team performance
• Passion for organizing information and excellent attention to detail;
• Team player who enjoys fast-paced sales environment and is eager to learn and grow with the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, paired with fluency in English are required, proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  
• (Preferred) Familiarity working in professional services or managing stakeholders in similar corporate environments.
