Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- To monitor the Sales Support activities and ensure a smooth process.
- To review the daily customer order against the output planning and inventory level on customer order fulfillment.
- Proceed with customer inquiry with Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery & Invoice billing.
- Liaise with the warehouse department to ensure that all goods are delivered on time.
- Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.
- Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the sales field.
- Required SPM / Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in engineering or any related field.
- Strong adaptability, positive attitude, good attendance, teamwork, and good communication skills with computer literacy.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Yearly bonus
