-Handle sales inquiries from customers via phone calls and emails.
-Call customers to follow up on inquiries, provide product information, and offer support.
-Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery orders using Auto Count software.
-Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
-Remind customers to settle payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
-Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain and update customer records in the system.
-Assist in sales reporting, compiling sales data, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
-Ensure all documentation is filed properly and complies with company policies.
-Work closely with the accounts department to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
Preferably Chinese.
