Main Duties:
Sales Data Management

• Collect, compile and analyze sales data from all branch
• Maintain and update sales tracking sheet (google sheet, microsoft) daily
• Prepare and submit sales performance report for management review
• Coordinate with CS team to ensure smooth follow up on lead and customer inquiries

Branch Sales Support

• Monthly monitor promotional package sales and update data

Administrative Support

• Assist and schedule meeting with branch beautician or PIC for Sales Manager
• Help to organize sales related training for all branch beautician, and any road show or open house event.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience as sales personnel within the Beauty product/ skincare industry. Preferable with beauty salon working experience.
• Excellent knowledge of facial treatments and skincare products for do the sales.
• Pleasant disposition and friendly
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
