You will be SAP OTC consultant position, part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence working on SAP OTC implementation projects based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will lead role for the multiple S/4 rollouts in APAC region. We ask that you have broad expertise across the OTC domain with skills in multiple functions within SD module such as Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO. To define detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, functional specification and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements. Within a matrix organization you will report to the OTC Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to the OTC Operations Lead, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
• You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)
• You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning
• You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
• Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and participate in regular safety programs.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
• Act in an environmentally responsible manner and follow site 5S safety standards.
• Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Develop and support knowledge transfer documentations and process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. MBA is preferred.
• Min 7 years’ experience with process knowledge of multiple SAP OTC modules/functions (Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules) and general SAP ECC knowledge
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Played a Lead Consultant role, with numerous ECC or S/4 implementations in OTC domain
• Knowledge of business processes within the Customer Service or Logistics area
• Experience with a variety of OTC modules and of end-to-end business processes within this domain
• Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP OTC modules across complex and integrated order entry & pricing processes
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
• Experience with ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within SD (exits, VOFM)
• Experience integrating SAP with C/4 HANA Sales/Service
• Experience working with warehouse managed on e WM
• Experience SAP BRF+ is an added advantage
