Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on companies with sustainability initiatives.
·Implement strategic business plans to increase market share and client engagement in sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.
·Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client companies.
·Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
·Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities.
·Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
·Track and report on sales performance and ensure that business targets are met or exceeded.
·Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to showcase our sustainable solutions.
·Provide insights and feedback to help shape future product and service offerings based on client demands.
Requirements:
·Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the logistics, E-commerce, FMCG sectors
·Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in logistics and last-mile delivery.
·Passionate about sustainability with a desire to work in a company that drives positive environmental change.
·Good track record in on-boarding international clients.
·Experience managing premium clients.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
·Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
·Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
