- Assist with sales enquiries in the boutique and support the retail team to provide memorable client experience.
- Create, track, and update performance data/ gifts inventory for Management’s analysis.
- Organise calling campaigns to support monthly boutique activations.
- Monitor media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging potential issues.
- Identify new social media trends and opportunities; understand and advise how the business can expand its social media activity.
- Support in the pitching and managing photo-shooting arrangements base on business needs and to drive coverage on commercial products
- Support PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation)
- Support Competition analysis and benchmarking research
- Develop and maintain up-to-date media database
- Support boutique and marcoms team to organise boutique activations.
- Support marcoms team to conceptualize, develop and coordinate local & international events.
- Through regular visits, ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (Lightning, Logos, counters, etc.) of all boutiques and POS are in-line with brand guidelines
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
