Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular patrols around the mall
· Report any incidents and maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents
· Conduct safety checks and monitoring of the CCTV Systems
· Attend to tenants and customers complaints
· Ensure mall safety procedures and SOPs are adhered to
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM qualification
· At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
· Computer literate and able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English
· Able to write basic reports
· Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
