Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Application Engineer with a strong background in high voltage products and power supplies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application engineering, with a deep understanding of high voltage technology and power supply systems. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients, optimizing product performance, and driving technical excellence in our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support for high voltage products and power supply systems, including application design, product integration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations, demonstrating the benefits and features of our high voltage and power supply products.
• Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure seamless integration of products into customer applications.
• Conduct detailed technical analysis, including simulations and testing, to validate product performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, datasheets, and user manuals.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in high voltage and power supply sectors.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application engineering with a focus on high voltage products and power supplies.
• In-depth knowledge of high voltage principles, power supply design, and related industry standards.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting complex technical projects and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenging technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience with simulation and testing tools relevant to high voltage and power supply applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
